Article 5 All payments made by the multilateral institutions of the guarantee currency and the security right in accordance with this contract shall be made by _________.

The security right heresigns and warrants that such information and representations are accurate and complete in all material respects on the date of signing this contract; however, this warranty shall not extend to errors in predictions and estimates, if:
On the above date, the security right holder or the project company is unaware of such errors, or even if they are very cautious, they are not likely to know such errors; and when the security or project company is aware of the error, the security right holder Communicate rapidly to multilateral agencies.
Article 11 In the case of arbitration in accordance with the restrictions specified in Section 3.1 of the General Regulations, any dispute arising between the parties in this contract or in relation to this contract shall be subject to arbitration specified in Article 3 of the General Regulations.
