Civil litigation agency agreement

In the case of disputes, the entrusted lawyers appear in court and, in agreement, enter into the following articles and follow them together.

1. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns a lawyer to be the first-instance agent of the dispute between Party A and Party A.

2. Party B’s lawyers must be conscientiously responsible for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Party A and appearing in court on time.

3. Party A must truthfully tell the lawyer about the case and provide evidence about the case. After accepting the entrustment, Party B finds that Party A has fabricated the facts, resorted to fraud, and has the right to terminate the agency. The fees charged by the contract are not refundable.
