The parties to the joint compliance agreement agree:
1. Party A and Party B shall abide by the contents of this contract. After the contract comes into effect, Party A shall allocate funds to Party B in accordance with the contract.
2. Party B must complete the tasks stipulated in the contract on time and in quality. Without any interruption or delay, Party A may stop the appropriation and recover all the funds in full or in part as appropriate. If there are certain reasons to be amended due to irresistible objective reasons, Party B shall promptly submit to Party A the application for modification and reasons, and shall be handled with the consent of Party A.
3. If Party A cancels or fails to perform the contract without any reason, the funds allocated shall not be recovered. And bear all the expenses incurred in the aftermath.
4. After the examination and approval by the professional standardization technical committee or the focal point organization, the standard “reporting draft” and the corresponding subsidiary files will be officially sent to the CEC Standardization Center, and the contract will be completed upon approval by the State Economic and Trade Commission.
5. Party B shall inform Party A of the implementation of the contract at the end of each year.
6. Both Party A and Party B shall bear the legal liability of the terms of the contract. The contract shall be in four copies, divided into two copies of Party A and two copies of Party B, each of which has the same legal effect.
7. This contract shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both parties.
