In accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, in order to establish the normal order of water supply, electricity, etc., the responsibilities of both parties are clarified, and water, electricity and safety are used safely, economically and reasonably. Negotiate and enter into this contract for mutual compliance.
Article 1 Supply method
1.1 Party A shall provide water and electricity to Party B according to the production needs of Party B.
1.2 Under the same supply conditions, Party A promises to give priority to Party B.
1.3 When Party A has insufficient water and electricity supply, Party A shall provide Party B with a ratio and conditions not lower than the supply of any third party water and electricity.
Article 2 Fees
2.1 The criteria for Party A to collect water and electricity charges shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the _________ water and electricity charging standards. Party A promises that the water and electricity charges charged by Party A to Party B shall not be higher than the fees charged to any third party.
2.2 Changes in water and electricity charging standards due to changes in national laws, regulations or related policies shall be adjusted accordingly in accordance with the extent of changes required by the State.
2.3 When Party A decides to raise the water and electricity charging standard according to its own situation, it shall notify Party B in writing within one month from the date of making the decision to raise the charging standard, and explain the specific conditions of raising the price standard. .
Article 3 Payment Time Party B shall pay the electricity fee for water use within six months after receiving Party A's supply of water and electricity.
Article 4 Others
4.1 This contract shall be signed and sealed by both Party A and Party B and shall become effective upon the date of consideration and approval by the shareholders meeting of Party B in the event of the withdrawal of voting by the relevant shareholders.
4.2 This contract may not be modified or terminated without authorization. In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to modify or change the terms of the contract, or if there are other unfinished matters, it is necessary to negotiate with both parties and sign a supplementary contract. The supplementary contract is an auxiliary file of this contract and has the same effect as this contract.
