Residents' life supply and use contract

In order to clarify the rights and obligations of power customers and power supply companies in the supply and use of electricity, safe, economic, reasonable and orderly power supply and use of electricity, according to the Electricity Law, the Contract Law, the Electricity Supply and Use Regulations And the provisions of the "Power Supply Business Rules", signed by this agreement, signed this contract.
1. According to the voluntary application of the electricity supplier, the power supplier agrees to provide the electricity consumption category to the residential electricity consumption, the power supply capacity is _______ kilowatt, ______ phase ______ line, rated frequency is 50 Hz, rated voltage Power for ______ volts.
2. The electricity price referred to in this contract is the national pricing. The electricity supplier can choose to execute one of the following electricity prices:
Residential electricity price:
Residents use electricity to peak and valley electricity prices. The electricity supplier pays the conversion fee of the energy metering device _____ yuan according to the regulations, and the power supplier is responsible for installing the peak and valley time-sharing metering energy meter. From the date of installation of the meter, the electricity supplier shall not change the electricity used by the peak and valley within one year. After one year, if the electricity supplier requests to change the electricity price for residential use, the local power supply store shall go through the procedures for changing the electricity supply according to the regulations, but the renovation fee of the peak-valley electricity price metering device paid by the electricity party will not be returned. The power supplier will no longer charge other charges to the consumers.
3. The power supply party installs the electricity metering device according to the national regulations. The device is installed on the electricity supplier, and its record is used as the basis for settlement of electricity charges. The electricity supplier shall be responsible for the storage of the electricity metering device. If the seal is damaged or peeled off, the power supplier shall be notified in time, and the power supplier shall promptly repair and handle it. The electricity supplier shall use electricity within the capacity range stipulated in this contract. If the electricity metering device is damaged due to the use of electricity, the electricity supplier shall compensate according to the relevant regulations of electric power regulations and regulations.
4. The electricity supplier believes that the billing energy meter installed by the power supply party is not punctual and has the right to apply for verification to the power supplier. If the error of the billing energy meter is within the allowable range, the verification fee shall be borne by the power consumer; if the error of the billing energy meter exceeds the allowable range, the verification fee shall be borne by the power supplier. If the power party has any objection to the inspection result, it may apply to the statutory metrological verification institution for verification within 15 days. During the application for the inspection, the electricity supplier shall pay the electricity fee on time, and after confirming the results of the inspection, the electricity fee shall be refunded.
5. The power party does not have the consent of the power supplier, privately converts the power supply, changes the nature of the power, privately introduces other power sources, and moves the site privately, and uses the electricity metering device to violate the electricity. Responsibility for accidents such as casualties and electrical fires shall be handled by the power supplier in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Electricity Supply Business Rules.
6. The use of electricity to open the electricity metering device for sealing, winding power and other misuse of the metering device is a tampering action, and the power supplier will handle it according to the relevant provisions of the Power Supply Business Rules.
7. The power supply party shall periodically read the meter and settle the electricity fee to the electricity user on schedule. The power supplier shall pay the electricity fee to the power supplier within the time limit for notification. If the electricity payment is not paid within the time limit, the electricity user shall bear the liability for breach of contract of the electricity fee. The liquidated liquidated damages shall be calculated from the date of overdue to the date of payment, and the liquidated liquidated damages shall be calculated on the basis of one thousandth of the total arrears. If the power supply party has not paid the electricity fee and liquidated damages, the power supply party shall suspend the power supply according to law. Once the electricity supplier pays the owed electricity and liquidated damages, the power supply party shall resume power supply within 24 hours.
8. The outlet end of the billing energy meter is the boundary point of the two property rights. According to this point, the power distribution facilities such as the line and the energy meter on the power supply side are all owned by the power supplier, and the outlet end of the billing energy meter points to the power. The power supply facilities such as the side line and the residual current action protector for anti-touch and leakage are all owned by the power supplier. The two parties bear responsibility for operation and maintenance according to their ownership rights.
9. The power supply party shall ensure the quality of the power supply. The electricity supplier should use electricity safely and install a leakage protector. If the household appliances are damaged due to power supply accidents, the relevant provisions of the “Measures for the Treatment of Household Appliances Damages by Residents” shall be handled.
10. This contract shall take effect after the power supply side is installed, and other unsettled matters shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Power Supply Business Rules”. In the event of a dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall have the right to file a lawsuit in the People's Court.
