Party A shall hire Party B to accompany the legal counsel for the property in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers. On the basis of equality and voluntariness, the two sides reached an agreement on the basis of friendly consultations to implement compliance.
Article 1 Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns the ____________ lawyer of the firm to be the accompanying lawyer of Party A, and is responsible for handling the legal affairs of Party A related real estate.
Article 2 Party B's work content Party B provides three types of lawyer card services: diamond card, gold card, and silver card.

Review the legality of housing transactions, verify and verify the legal certification files of trading houses;
Review and revise the text of the housing transaction contract;
Assist the client in negotiating the transaction and assist in signing the house sale contract, or the intermediary contract, or the house subscription book;
Provide free legal advice after signing up.
Gold card, enjoy the full service of lawyers, the main services are:
Review the legality of housing transactions, verify and verify the legal certification files of trading houses;
Review and revise the text of the housing transaction contract;
Assist the client in negotiating the transaction and assist in signing the house sale contract, or the intermediary contract, or the house subscription book;
Assist the client to apply for a provident fund loan or a commercial loan;
Assist the client to exercise the contractual right and urge the counterparty to perform the contractual obligations;
Review the legal file of house delivery acceptance and assist in the delivery of the house;
Assist the client to check in the house;
Assist in applying for house ownership, land use rights registration and transfer procedures;
Assist in contract notarization, entrusted notarization, inheritance or donation of notarization;
Assist the client to make legal representations to the counterparty of the house transaction.
Diamond card, enjoy the lawyer's "risk commitment" legal service: This service is set for the transaction risk that may arise in the performance of the house sale and purchase contract, and the "investment type" party's active prevention awareness of risk. On the basis of providing silver card, basic service, gold card and full-service, the lawyer will carry out lawyer's risk commitment service for a certain period of time for possible trading risks. In the event of a dispute, the lawyer provides free full-service agency services including litigation and arbitration.
Article 3 Party B's obligations shall strictly perform the duties of legal counsel in accordance with the authorization of Party A, and shall not exceed Party A's authorization scope and damage Party A's interests;
Strictly observe the business secrets of Party A and Party A's relevant units and other inconveniences that are disclosed to the public.
Article 4 Party A shall cooperate with Party B's work. If Party B is unable to perform his duties due to Party A’s misconduct, Party A shall bear the consequences. Lawyer's purchase card fee standard diamond card, lawyer accompanying risk commitment legal service: _________ yuan / sect;

Article 5 Party A shall provide necessary working conditions for the accompanying lawyer to perform his duties. Other expenses incurred in undertaking the legal affairs of the company and the travel expenses and communication fees outside the city of _________ shall be paid by Party A.
Article 6 Party A terminates the contract without reason, and the lawyer's fee is not refundable.
Article 7 The modification or supplement of this contract shall be determined in writing by both parties.
Article 8 This contract shall come into force on the date of signature and seal by both parties.
Article 9 This contract is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B.
