Special hospital cooperation agreement

Party A: E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. Party B:
First, in order to promote the common development of business services, in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, on the basis of the principle of equality, mutual benefit and voluntariness, both parties shall reach the following agreements through full consultation and jointly abide by them.
2. After the signing of this Agreement takes effect, Party B becomes a special hospital of the system. The cooperation period between the two parties is the year.
Third, Party A’s responsibilities:
1. Actively develop medical personnel for Party B.
2. Publish the name of Party B in the "Yima System" and publish the information of Party B.
3. The designated member shall conduct the inspection and diagnosis of the major illness insurance of the insurance company in Party B.
4. Help Party B to apply for the designated hospital for China's health poverty alleviation project.
5. Recommend medical equipment and medicines to Party B with reference to poverty alleviation prices.
6. After the agreement is signed, Party A will provide Party B with the "Easy System" logo.
7. In the process of cooperation, Party A shall bear the confidentiality obligation of Party B's business secrets that it knows.
4. Party B's responsibilities:
1. Provide discounts for Party A members. The discount items and discount rates are shown in the attached table:
2. Establish a health file for Party A members.
3. Actively participate in public welfare activities such as health science and charity organized by Party A.
4. Party B should make a record when checking for a member of Party A.
5. After the termination of the agreement, Party B shall stop using the "mark" and other advertising materials of Party A's system.
6. In the process of cooperation, Party B shall bear the confidentiality obligation of Party A's business secrets that it knows.
V. Party A’s obligations:
1. Set up Party B's website on Party A's website;
2. Recommended in the "Medical Doctors" section of Party A;
3. Place Party B's information in a prominent position in Party A's business directory;
4. Send 500 health newsletters to Party B every month;
5. Open the "outpatient clinic" of the "Internet Hospital" channel.
6. If there is any change in the preferential discount of Party B , Party A shall be notified in time; Party B shall maintain a relatively stable price in addition to the price of the drug; all changes shall be determined by means of supplementary agreement after negotiation between the two parties.
