3.2 Party B is responsible for the authenticity and legality of the information provided.

3.3 The information provided by Party B shall be confirmed by Party B and shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. When the electronic document is delivered by e-mail, please indicate the e-mail address used by Party B and sign it by the person in charge.

3.4 Party B shall deliver the manuscript, advertisement icon and link to our company for confirmation 2 days before the release.

3.5 When Party B needs Party A to create an advertisement icon or webpage, please submit the production material content 3 days before the publication/release.

3.6 Party B shall notify in writing whether to continue the publication 10 days before the date of termination of the contract.

Article 4 Contract Change If Party B wishes to suspend or change this contract, Party A shall notify Party A in writing 15 days in advance. If the total amount of the contract after the change is greater than the total amount of the contract, the time period for which the payment has not been released for use may be included in the new contract at the amount of the entire month.

If it is a replaceable content listed in the service content, Party B shall notify Party A 2 days before the replacement.

Article 5 Liability for breach of contract

5.1 If Party A's IDC room fails or the server fails to display and access the contents of Party B during the contract's effective period, Party A will accumulate the fault time and compensate Party B for the same release time. Party A's information on the reasons that can not be controlled by Party A cannot be released as scheduled and is not responsible.

5.2 Party B shall not be liable for the failure to deliver the information, information fees and corresponding certification files in accordance with the provisions of this contract, and Party B's information cannot be released or modified as scheduled.

Article 6 Others of this contract are divided into two parts: Party A and Party B each hold a share. If there are any outstanding matters, they will be supplemented with the attached files and will be equivalent to this contract after being signed and signed by both parties.
