Third, Party A's obligations and responsibilities

4. Handle customer complaints from Party B in a timely manner.

4. Party B’s obligations and responsibilities

1. Actively carry out market promotion work and be responsible for the development of regional distribution points.

2. Responsible for accepting local complaints from local customers and promptly responding to Party A.

3. Instruct local customers to enter the website to watch or download movies.

4. Party B shall determine the supply price of the local distributors at its own discretion, but shall not supply the retail or wholesalers outside the agency area. Otherwise, Party A shall immediately cancel the qualification of Party B.

5. Party B shall modify the content of the independent website by itself, and shall not use Party A's space to provide download services and yellow and political content. Otherwise, Party A shall recover the website space and domain name.
