Real estate with buy back conditional contract model

The seller × × × buyer × × × z for the purchase of real estate, the two parties agreed to enter into a buy-back contract as follows:

Article 1 Party B shall sell the property of the latter listed real estate with the right to reserve the right to purchase, and shall sell the shares with Party A and enter into real estate transactions on the date of ×××××××××× The private certificate of the contract and the transfer of the subject matter of the sale and purchase are completed and sold. In order to exercise the right of purchase, Party B is willing to buy back from Party B in accordance with the provisions of Article X of the above-mentioned sale and purchase agreement.

Article 2 In order to exercise the right of purchase, Party B shall return the selling price of RMB × × × Yuan to Party A, and Party A shall receive all the receipts from Party B.

Article 3 Between Party A and Party B, the previous transaction shall be paid by Party A for the expenses of XX × RMB × XX, and shall be repaid by Party B to Party A, and Party B shall acknowledge that the above amounts are insolvent. At the same time of establishment, Party B shall pay Party A as much as possible.

Article 4 The part of the ×××× part of the subject purchased by the Party shall be compensated by Party A for the total expenditure of RMB×××× yuan, and Party B shall also acknowledge the innocence and willingly repay the amount to Party B. Also personally received from Party B.

Article 5 Party A shall, at the same time as the establishment of this buy-back contract, deliver the re-sales subject matter together with the materials it has improved to Party B's management.

Article 6 Party A shall, at the date of ××××year××月××, be properly registered to register the relevant documents and the registration procedures for the transfer of ownership of B to the management authority under its jurisdiction.

Article 7 Party A guarantees that during the period of the purchase, there is no contract for the sale and purchase of the other parties, or for the mortgage, the code, etc., or for the guarantee of any claim.

If such defects are found in the future, Party A shall be responsible for the clarification, and shall be liable for damages if it causes damage.

Article 8 The tax payable for the purchase of the subject matter shall be paid by Party A if it is due, and Party B shall not be accompanied by Party B. If Party B suffers damage, Party B may request compensation from Party A.

Article 9 The cost of this purchase contract and the registration fee or value-added tax shall be borne by Party B.

This contract is made in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B is responsible for one copy.
