1. Party A has confirmed that Party C's property is introduced by Party B. Party A and Party C have signed a letter of intent to lease, and at the same time, they have paid ______ yuan deposit to Party C and determined the date of lease and the length of lease.

2. After both Party A and Party C formally sign the lease contract, Party C shall pay Party B a full agency fee. If the agency fee is not paid, Party B shall compensate Party B for five times the monthly rent price of the leased property.

3. The conclusion of this Agreement, the interpretation of its effects, the performance and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The disputes arising from the implementation of the agreement between the two parties shall be settled through consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party can bring a lawsuit to the relevant legal department.
