I. Party A’s rights

Second, Party A’s obligations

Third, Party B rights

1. Party B has the right to resolve and organize the entire activity of the event;

2. Party B has the right to collect the sponsorship fee for this event and the full use of the fee;

Fourth, Party B’s obligations

1. Actively plan the activity plan, arrange the event site, organize the participants to carry out activities to ensure the normal operation;

V. Dispute resolution

In the event of a breach of contract or other disputes, both parties shall deal with the principle of friendly negotiation and resolve the Shield, and try to make the matter a satisfactory solution. If the negotiation between the two parties is not successful, the following methods can be adopted:

2. Termination of the cooperation agreement

3. Can file a lawsuit in the people's court in the place where Party B is located

6. Confidentiality and other

1. Both parties involved in this Agreement and the Agreement shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to the third party without the consent of both parties, otherwise the corresponding legal liability shall be investigated.
