In the spirit of honesty, credit, equality and mutual benefit, both parties have made the following agreement after careful consultation on Party A’s sponsorship of _________ organized by Party B.

I. Party A’s rights

Second, Party A’s obligations

1. Actively cooperate with Party B to participate in on-site activities and ensure that activities are carried out normally;

2. When the agreement is signed, the sponsorship fee of the event shall be paid _________ yuan;

4. The activity details and related returns are shown in the attached file.

Third, Party B rights

1. Party B has the right to resolve and organize the entire activity of the event;

2. Party B has the right to collect the sponsorship fee for this event and the full use of the fee;

Fourth, Party B’s obligations

1. Actively plan the activity plan, arrange the event site, and organize the participants to carry out activities to ensure the normal operation of the event;

V. Dispute resolution

In the event of a breach of contract or other disputes, both parties shall deal with the principle of friendly negotiation and resolve the Shield, and try to make the matter a satisfactory solution. If the negotiation between the two parties is not successful, the following methods can be adopted:

1. Change and modify the contract

2. Termination of cooperation agreement

3. Can file a lawsuit in the people's court in the place where Party B is located.

6. Confidentiality and other

1. The parties involved in this Agreement and the Agreement shall strictly keep confidential and shall not disclose it to the third party without the consent of both parties, otherwise the corresponding legal liability shall be investigated.

2. This Agreement is made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall have the legal effect from the date of signing. The parties shall be friendly and negotiated and make a written agreement.
