Party A and Party B shall sign this contract in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the State and this Municipality in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality and consensus.

After consultations between Party A and Party B, the following agreements were reached on the issues related to the Web Design Competition of the Shenzhen Institute of Computer Science:

1. Party A will hold the Shenzhen***** College Web Design Competition in mid-May. Party B shall provide Party A with a total of ______ yuan for this competition.

2. Party A will provide Party B with the _____ item in the following publicity work after receiving _____ yuan from the competition provided by Party B.

1. Party B will provide the publicity materials on campus. Party A will publicize Party B on all publicity materials on campus.

2. Party A will provide Party B with virtual community advertisements, and virtual community advertisements will remain for one month.

3. Party A will set up an activity point for Party B's main roads, and Party B will provide exhibits for two days.

4. Within the scope permitted by Party A's school policy, the other requirements put forward by Party B shall be met upon mutual agreement.

Note: 1. This event is only applicable to the “** Contest” jointly organized by the School of Electronics and Information of Shenzhen **** College and the School Art Troupe.

2. The total expenditure for this activity is 15,000 yuan, including 10,000 yuan for the competition and 5,000 yuan for the prize.

This agreement is made in two copies. Party A and Party B each hold one copy. The signatures of both parties are signed and sealed, and the copy is invalid. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to the organizer of the Computer Society of Shenzhen Polytechnic.
