7. Party B shall pay the fees to Party A on the date of signing the agreement, and the sponsorship fees shall be transferred to the special account of the Organizing Committee of the Competition.

8. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B.

9. Both parties shall comply with the implementation. In case of dispute, the two sides will resolve the dispute.

X. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature and sponsorship fees.
