After consultation, the three parties agreed to jointly fund the purchase of automobiles and conduct leasing operations as follows:

Article 1: The three parties jointly contribute to the purchase of a Jetta car. The total amount required is:

1, the car money 85,800 yuan;

2, pay the taxi company for 20,000 yuan;

3, gas reform 4700 yuan;

4, bank loan interest 9029 yuan

The above amount totaled 119,529 yuan, of which Party A contributed 50% to 50,765 yuan; Party B contributed 25% to 29,882 yuan; Party C contributed 25% to 29,882 yuan.

Article 2: The vehicle shall be jointly operated by both Party A and Party B, and shall bear all the costs and all risks arising therefrom. Party C shall not be responsible.

Article 3: Party A and Party B shall jointly pay 700 yuan to Party C on the 26th to 30th of each month as the capital contribution to Party C; the payment shall be paid from January 26 to 30, 2005, to July 26, 2008- - On the 30th, the total payment was 42.7 months, and the payment amount was 29,890 yuan, of which the last one month, July 26-30, 2008, was paid 490 yuan, and the previous monthly payment was 700 yuan;

The payment shall be handled by Party B - responsible for Party A's joint liability.

Article 4: The vehicles purchased in Article 1 of this Agreement shall be scrapped according to the relevant provisions of the State until December 31, 2019. At that time, the vehicle may be sold or transferred together with the rental procedures. The entire amount of the proceeds shall be in accordance with Article 1 of the First Article of this Agreement. The proportion of the investment of the three parties shall be allocated; if it is not sold or transferred at that time, the valuation shall be based on the condition of the vehicle at that time together with the value of the rental formalities, and the amount of the valuation shall be distributed according to the proportion of the investment of the three parties in Article 1 of this Agreement;

If the vehicle is transferred, bought out or damaged after the loss of insurance, the entire amount of the proceeds will be distributed according to the proportion of the investment in the first party of this Agreement.

Article 5: In the event of a dispute arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the three parties may conduct consultations and fail to reach a negotiation, and submit it to the Dongying Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

Article 6: This Agreement shall be made in triplicate, and each of the three parties shall hold one copy and shall enter into force after the signature of the three parties.
