Article 2 Term of Entrustment

Article 4 Party A and Party B provide each other with the following corresponding documents

Party B shall provide: a certificate of qualification of the brokerage institution and a copy of the business license.

Article 5 Party A’s obligations

1. Party A shall promptly provide the original and photocopy of the relevant documents and materials required for the transfer of property rights in the house, and ensure that they are present on time in the process of handling the transfer transaction.

2. If Party A applies for a bank mortgage loan, it shall promptly provide Party B with the information required for the loan.

3. Deliver the payment on time according to the payment method and time agreed in this contract.

4. Party B shall notify Party A to sign the house sale and purchase contract. Party A shall sign the place to the designated place within three working days from the date of receipt of the notice, and the property rights of the house shall be changed.

Article 6 Obligation of Party B

1. Party B ensures that the agency matters are true and lawful.

2. Ensure that the seller transfers the goods on time and in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

3. Do not violate the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, or maliciously collude with others, and damage the interests of Party A.

4. If you need to change to Party A's agency services, requirements and standards, you must agree with Party A.

Article 7 Other matters agreed

1. After signing the transaction agreement, the money transfer point is the designated place of Party B, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.

2. During the performance of this contract, the supplementary agreements and other written files signed by Party A and Party B for the performance of this contract are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

3. After the house has completed the transfer procedures, after the party receives the house, the contract terminates itself.

Article 8 Liability for breach of contract

1. During the performance of this contract, Party A and Party B shall not be subject to change of ownership due to force majeure, national laws, regulations, policies, etc., and neither party shall be liable for breach of contract.

2. During the performance of this contract, if one of the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of this contract is violated, the liquidated damages of 5% of the agreed sale price of the other party shall be paid as compensation.

3. If the original property right certificate of the seller is unsuccessful, the contract cannot be performed normally, and Party B will return all the money paid by Party A. The parties will be exempted from liability and the contract will be cancelled.

Article 9: Solutions to contract disputes

In the event of a dispute, the contract shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. If the negotiation fails, the person in the People's Court where the property is sold shall be prosecuted according to law.

Article 10 Effective date of the contract

This contract shall become effective upon the signature of Party A and the seal of Party B. The contract shall be in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B shall have the same legal effect.
