The second time and method of publication

1. Article 4 A temporary supplement to the magazine, Party A shall notify Party B of the approval procedures or photocopies of the supplement 3 months before publication. Article 5 After the publication of the magazine to Party B, Party A shall not open or entrust other units or individuals to handle the issuance business, except for the retail sales of the sales department operated by Party A. However, if the foreign readers miss the B-party collection period and the area outside the postal range, Party A can self-issue.

Article 6 Party B shall be responsible for the comprehensive publicity of the magazine and shall actively carry out the work of ordering and retailing. Party B shall distribute and post the promotional materials printed by Party A free of charge.

Article 7 Party B shall submit the order quantity of this period to Party A at least ________ days before the publication of the magazine.

Article 8 If the magazine is shipped in a timely manner, if Party B’s liability is delayed, ____% of the unpaid amount of the pricing shall be paid to Party A to delay the loss.

Article 9 Party B shall pay the magazine money on time.

Article 12 When the pricing is raised due to changes in the price of the publication, the amount of the price increase shall be borne by Party A. Article 13 After the magazine has been sent to Party B, Party A shall submit a formal written notice to Party B when it requests to withdraw it, and Party B shall proceed as follows:

1. Immediately stop the magazine that is still in the publishing place and be handled by Party A.

2. For the issued magazines, the telephone and telegraph charges used by the post offices to stop and stop the sale of the post offices shall be borne by Party A. The magazines that stop, stop or stop selling shall be handled by Party B.

3. Party B shall not be responsible for the recovery of the subscribers who have already submitted the subscribers and the magazines that have been sold.

4. For the magazines that have been withdrawn or stopped for sale, if Party A reprints and reissues, Party B shall charge another issue fee; if it cannot reprint the replacement, Party A shall publish the notice of the notice, and Party B shall not refund the subscriber.

5. When Party A needs to know the number of magazines issued and the area to be issued, Party B shall provide it truthfully.

Article 14 This contract shall come into force on the date of signing. It is reviewed once a year. If the two parties have no objection, the original contract will continue to be valid. However, it is necessary to fulfill the renewal procedures. If one party does not implement the contractual provisions, the other party may revoke the contract three months before the contract expires. The economic losses caused by the party shall be borne by the defaulting party.
