If Party B waives its agency rights automatically during the agency period, or fails to complete the relevant requirements listed in this contract, Party A has the right to terminate this agency contract and find another agent in the area.

If due to inflation or other objective reasons, Party A's fixed price must be adjusted, Party A must notify Party B in advance and jointly coordinate the interests of both parties. The above prices are all issued by Party A. The freight is paid by Party B. Party A collects the consignment, and Party A's shipping fee is paid by Party B at the time of the next order settlement.

V. Ordering and delivery

Upon the agreement and approval of both parties, after Party A receives the order from Party B, Party A shall actively organize production for Party B to ensure timely supply of goods to Party B. In particular, when Party A's production and raw materials are tight, it must give priority to Party B's orders.

When Party B places an order, it shall prepay the amount of the order amount to Party A as a deposit.

8. In the course of the execution of this contract, if the economic loss is caused by the force majeure, the parties shall be responsible for it and have nothing to do with the other party.

9. This contract shall take effect on the date of signature by the representatives of both parties. The validity period shall be tentatively fixed for one year. Upon expiration of Party B, Party B shall have the right to renew the contract. The contract shall not be completed, and both parties shall resolve the matter at any time.
