The first entrusted consultation

The matters entrusted to the above-mentioned legal disputes include: See the issues listed in the Outline of the Legal Advisory Report for details.

Article 2: How to submit the consultation results and the deadline for completing the entrusted items

Party B's consulting results must be submitted in writing. The deadline for submission is within 60 working days from the date of signing the contract.

Article 3 Consultation Fees and Payment Methods

1. The consultation fee is based on the package fee, and the total amount is _________ yuan. The consulting fee includes attorney fees, expert argument fees, travel expenses, translation fees, document production fees, and other related expenses incurred in completing the contract. For the composition of the consultation fee, please refer to the “Charge Budget and Description”.

2. 60% of the contract will be paid within the three days after the contract is signed, ie ¥_________ yuan, and 40% of the result will be paid when the contract is submitted.

Article 4 Party A promises:

1. Provide relevant information for Party B's work and ensure the authenticity and integrity of the information;

2. Pay the consulting fee in accordance with the terms of this contract;

3. Sign the file submitted by Party B;

4. Provide assistance for matters that must be assisted by Party A.

Article 5 Party B promises:

1. Diligent and conscientious, and keep the business secrets of Party A, and shall not accept the entrustment of the other party to the consultation and argumentation project;

2. Before entrusting the expert consultation, report to Party A to confirm the list of experts;

3. Sign the file submitted by Party A;

4. Complete the entrusted matters in accordance with the terms of this contract.

Article 6 The report submitted by Party B is only for the purpose of Party A's unresolved disputes. No party may use it for any other purpose without the permission of the other party.

Article 7 Conditions for entry into force

This contract shall become effective on the date on which the legal representative of the parties or their authorized agent signs and affixes the official seal on this contract.
