Party B signed a guarantee contract with Party A on the day of the month, voluntarily provided guarantee for Party A's agent, and assumed joint and several liability. Party B has now proposed to Party A to cancel the original "guarantee contract" for reasons. After friendly consultations between the two sides, the following agreement was reached:

1. Party A agrees to release Party B's guarantee responsibility to the agent from the date of the year, and the original "guarantee contract" is terminated at the same time.

2. From the date when Party A agrees to Party B's discharge of the guarantee responsibility, if Party A finds that the agent violated the relevant laws and regulations and the insurance agency contract during the period of guarantee provided by Party B and caused losses to Party A, Party B still The joint guarantee responsibility shall be assumed within the scope of the original guarantee liability. If the dispute arises between the two parties, the lawsuit may still be filed in the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Party A is located.

3. If there are any outstanding issues, Party A and Party B shall decide separately.

4. This Agreement shall enter into force after the signature or seal of both parties.

5. This Agreement shall be made in triplicate. Party A and Party B and the agent shall each hold one copy.
