11, marketing:

12. Status and relationship between the two parties:

13, quality and return, exchange guarantee:

7. Extension, Termination or Dispute of the Contract 1. This contract shall be re-signed for a contract within 30 days after the expiration of the prescribed time limit.

2. If Party B fails to meet the corresponding sales specified by Party A or violates the provisions of this contract, Party A has the right to terminate Party B's distribution rights without compensating Party B for any related losses.

3. If Party B maliciously colludes another person to damage Party A's interests, Party B shall, in addition to terminating this contract, benefit from Party A's income.

4. Once this contract is terminated, any debts owed by Party B to Party A shall be immediately paid as soon as the payment due form is due.

5. In order to safeguard the interests of both parties and increase the market share of the products, Party B must complete the first batch of purchases specified in the contract within 50 days from the date of signing this contract. Otherwise, this contract is considered an invalid contract.

6. Matters not covered in this contract, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law, the two parties are coordinated and may supplement the provisions, which have the same legal effect as the contract.

7. A dispute between Party A and Party B during the performance of this contract shall be settled through negotiation. In the event of unsuccessful negotiations, both Party A and Party B have the right to file a lawsuit in the court of Party A.
