Vocational Skills Training Management Agreement

In order to strengthen the management of social skills training institutions, effectively improve the quality of workers, and promote the sound development of social forces to run schools, the two sides should abide by the following agreements:

Party B shall, from the date of signing this Agreement, up to the day of the month, shall be trained to be a witness.

Party B shall submit the examination papers and examination applications to Party A for approval before organizing the examination. The time, place and number of exams will be contacted by Party A. Party A will send personnel to the invigilator in due course.

After the examination ends, Party B will send the documents to Party A for record, and Party A will take the test papers and apply for the certificates according to the number of qualified candidates.

During the specified time, Party B cannot complete the above training, Party A will not handle the annual review and cancel the qualification of Party B's training institutions.

Both Party A and Party B shall consciously abide by the relevant provisions of this Agreement. Without negotiation, neither party may arbitrarily modify it. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B.
