Pre-employment training agreement


Party A:

Party B:

In order to clarify the rights and obligations of Party A and Party B during the provision of pre-employment training services, Party B reached the following agreement on Party B's pre-employment training services provided by Party A on a voluntary and equal basis. At the same time, both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.

The terms of the agreement are as follows:

I. Main contents of the agreement and duties of both parties

1. Party A accepts the test of Party B. Through the test of Party B, Party A and Party B sign this Agreement, and Party A shall pay Party B RMB as the training deposit.

2. Party B recommends Party A to participate in the interview of the Personnel Department and Education Training Center of Nissin Company of Taiwan Green Point Group.

3. If Party A accepts Party B's recommendation to participate in the interview of the Personnel Department and Education Training Center of Nissin Company of Taiwan Green Point Group,

Through the interview, Party A must receive the relevant vocational skills training provided by Party B, and pay the training fee of Yuan.

If the interview is not passed, Party B shall refund the Yuan training deposit paid by Party A.

4. After Party B has successfully tested in Party A, the necessary conditions for Party A to provide skills training:

a) Party B shall appoint Party A to meet the teachers and service personnel required by Party A to ensure the quality of training and service.

b) Party B shall formulate a targeted training course plan according to the actual needs of Party A's work and confirm it as a specific implementation plan after Party A's confirmation.

5. If both parties change their training arrangements due to work or other reasons, they should notify each other one week in advance.

6. After Party A is hired by Taiwan Green Point Group Nisshin Company, any disputes arising from Party A shall be settled by Party A and Green Point Group Nisshin Company, and Party B shall not bear any relevant responsibilities.

Second, liability for breach of contract

If Party A violates the provisions of this Agreement, after being hired by Taiwan Green Point Group, the company will refuse to participate in the pre-employment training provided by Party B. Party B will not refund the yuan training deposit and does not provide the professional skills certificate required for the position. Party A undertakes.

If Party B does not guarantee that the agreement involves the relevant liabilities of Party B, Party A has the right to claim against Party B.

Third, the term of the agreement

This agreement is valid until the end of the training, and Party B has the final interpretation right.

Fourth, related training matters

a) Training venue: Party B provides training classrooms and related equipment.

b) Training time: for the day, every day according to class time

c) Training content: multimedia courseware production and office automation software use

5. Fees and payment methods:

a) The total cost of this Agreement is RMB.

b) Payment method: After the agreement is signed into effect, the full amount will be paid before the start of the course.

Sixth, other

a) The accompanying files attached to this Agreement have the same legal effect as the Agreement.

b) This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B.

c) Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled by friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B.
