Through the mutual consultation between Party A and Party B, in the principle of mutual benefit and common development, the Chinese Secretary will become professional as soon as possible and reach the following cooperation agreement:

Second, Party A's responsibilities:

1. Provide Party B with an Authorization Letter within the scope of cooperation;

4. Provide Party B with relevant documents such as the school license and copy of the fee license;

5. Responsible for the review, interview and admission of students' admission qualifications;

6. Responsible for the formulation of Party B's syllabus and the supervision and inspection of teaching quality;

7. If the student has passed the expiration of the test in Party A, Party A shall be responsible for the issuance of the diploma;

8. Students in the boutique secretarial class and the modern high-level secretarial class are qualified to pass the examination, and Party A is responsible for arranging employment.

Third, Party B's responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the relevant procedures for handling cooperative education in the local area;

2. Responsible for local admissions promotion, registration and preliminary examination of admission qualifications, and timely contact with Party A to arrange student registration;

3. Responsible for the teaching and life management of students during their study in Party B, and provide the classrooms and teaching facilities needed for teaching;

4. Party B must strictly implement the syllabus formulated by Party A and promptly notify Party A of the implementation of the teaching plan;

5. Responsible for the safety of students during their study in Party B and assume the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom;

6. Party B shall manage itself during the school and training period, be responsible for its own profits and losses, and assume corresponding responsibilities and obligations.

Fourth, the project name:

Boutique secretary class cooperation project:

1. Student orientation: specialist, undergraduate graduates;

2. Starting conditions: no less than _________ per class;

3. Cooperation mode: implement the “half-year + half-year” teaching method;

4. Fees and settlement methods: _________ yuan per student per year. In the first half of the year, Party B will charge the tuition fee of _________ yuan. In order to ensure the normal teaching, Party B can reserve _________ yuan, and the balance will be paid to Party A. Party A will start to Party B every month from the third month after the start of school. Pay _________ yuan until the balance is paid; in the second half of the year, the student's tuition fee for Party A is _________ yuan. If Party B cannot directly send the student to Party A to study independently, Party A will return to Party B according to 15% of the student's annual tuition fee.

Intercollegiate direct cooperation project:

1. Student orientation: graduates from the middle school;

3. Cooperation mode: “2 +3 ” five years or “2 +2 +2 ” six years;

4. Enrollment and Management: Party B can use the “Inter-school Cooperation, Direct North Secret” slogan when enrolling students. Students will study in Party B for the first two years, and Party B will be responsible for all teaching activities during the period. Students must register with Party A after enrolling, and Party A will conduct full-time teaching monitoring. The student's first two years of academic certificate shall be issued by Party B. Those who pass the examination shall be directly admitted by Party A through interview, and then complete the corresponding course at the junior college or undergraduate level in Party A. If Party B does not have the conditions for independent start-up, students can be directly sent to Party A to complete the “five-year special” or “six-year” study.

5. Fees and settlement methods: The first two years of tuition fees shall be determined and collected by Party B according to local conditions, and Party A shall pay 15% of the teaching quality guarantee fee to Party A, which is beneficial to the long-term cooperation between the two parties. Party A shall return to Party B for 15% of the tuition fee each year.

Modern office management certificate training program:

1. Student orientation: working secretary and office management staff and college students;

2. Teaching management: Party A is responsible for formulating teaching plans and providing teacher training and teaching materials; Party B is responsible for organizing enrollment and normal teaching activities;

3. Charging method: Party B shall set the charging standard and charge the fee according to the local market; Party A shall charge the management fee _________ yuan once a year;

Cambridge Office Management International Certificate Program:

1. Student orientation: in-service staff of college students, enterprises and institutions;

2. Teaching management: Party B is responsible for organizing enrollment and teaching management. If the number of enrolled students exceeds _________, Party A can assist in applying for the start of classes;

3. Charging method: Party B shall set the charging standard and charge the fee according to the local market; Party A shall charge the management fee _________ yuan once a year;

Cooperative agent enrollment project: Party B can serve as the advocacy spokesperson of Party A, provide consulting services for students and parents, and pre-interview on behalf of Party A. In order to facilitate long-term cooperation between the two parties, during the period of study by Party A, Party A will return to Party B for 15% of the tuition fee each year until the student graduates. If Party B wishes to settle the settlement at one time, Party A will pay Party B according to the general agent enrollment standard plus 100 yuan. In order to solve the liquidity of Party B's local enrollment, Party B can collect the pre-recorded fee of _________ yuan and _________ yuan on behalf of Party A. 5. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the contract shall be terminated by itself and Party A shall have the right to recover the bronze medal and relevant certificate awarded to Party B:

1. Party B shall engage in activities not related to the cooperation projects between Party A and Party B in the name of Party A;

2. Party B runs the school illegally;

3. Party B violates the relevant provisions of this contract;

4. If Party B is a city-level partner, the enrollment of the academic class is less than 20, the quality secretary class is less than 15 people, or the total number is less than 40;

5. If Party B is a provincial-level partner, the enrollment of the academic class is less than 35, the quality secretary class is less than 20, or the total number is less than 60.

6. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the two parties; in the course of the implementation of the Agreement, if a dispute arises, the two parties shall resolve the dispute through consultation, and the negotiation shall not be handed over to the people's court where Party A is located.

7. This Agreement shall be made in two copies, each party shall hold one copy and shall enter into force on the date of official signature and seal of both parties, and shall be valid for two years, at which time the priority may be renewed.
