Flight training contract

Responsibility of the parties:

Party A:

Provide Party B with aircraft, theoretical textbooks, flight instructors, theoretical instructors, and training venues.

To assist Party B in handling personal accident insurance and accommodation, the expenses shall be paid by Party B.

According to ccar 61fs training regulations and private training program, Party B will provide _________ training _________ hours, and the training period is about _________ days.

Party B bids for a flight driving license issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

Responsible for the purchase of insurance for aircraft, third parties and flight instructors.

Party B:

Responsible for accommodation, accommodation and travel expenses during training.

To apply for personal accident insurance, pay Party A a copy of the certificate of absence of the certificate and fill out the registration form for the trainee.

Responsible for medical examination related expenses, and pay for training on time.

During the training, Party A shall comply with Party A's relevant regulations. If there are violations, it shall be handled in accordance with Party A's relevant regulations.

Party A shall charge the following fees from Party B:

Related matters:

When students need to experience other models during training, they will be charged according to the actual flight hours.

Before the graduation, Party B must pass the flight test representative appointed by the Civil Aviation Administration of China or the Regional Administration to pass the aviation theory and flight driving test. Party A can only apply for a private driving license according to the regulations and issue the certificate to Party B within days. .

If Party B completes flight training for _________ hours, it has not yet reached the flight technical quality requirements standard. It is agreed by both parties to increase the flight teaching time. The increased flight time is paid by Party B according to the first payment standard. If the flight time is increased, it is still not When the technical standards are met, Party B's responsibility is the responsibility of Party B.

If Party B withdraws from school due to midway, Party B shall pay Party A the fees according to the first and second items of the charging standard, and the rest shall be paid to Party A according to the actual expenses incurred.

During the training period, no matter whether there is any accident, Party A and Party B will not hold any responsibility of both parties. Party B is responsible for handling its own affairs; Party A is responsible for all matters relating to aircraft, faculty and third parties and bears all costs.

In the event of any unfinished matters in this contract during the training period, Party A and Party B shall jointly agree that the agreed terms shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
