Training industry research and development talent contract

_________ Accept the commission of _________ Co., Ltd. and set up _________ to train industry R&D talents.

_________ Mr./Miss is qualified to be selected by Party A and participate in the training course of this class. For the smooth training, the two parties and the cooperative enterprises agreed to the following terms and conditions, and they will abide by them.

1. The training period of this special class is from _________ year ______ _________ day to _________ year _________ month _________ day.

2. The training expenses required for Party B to participate in this special class, except that Party B shall pay the fees on its own according to the provisions of Party A's general postgraduate students, the cooperative enterprise and the government agree to provide subsidies of _________ yuan and _________ yuan respectively, and start training. In the following month, the principle of Party A shall be fully paid in _________ times.

3. Party A shall, after the end of each semester, send the results of each subject of Party B to the reference of the cooperative enterprise.

4. The cooperative enterprise shall, after obtaining the consent of Party A, request Party B to jointly agree on the research direction of the paper, select the guiding professor and report the progress of the study regularly.

5. Party B agrees to abide by the following regulations of Party A during the training period:

Party B shall not apply for retention of student status after admission. If it is necessary to temporarily suspend scholarship due to involuntary factors, the application may be processed after approval by Party A and the cooperative enterprise. The cooperative enterprise shall stop training subsidy during the suspension period.

If the special class has been closed after the resumption of school, the Admissions Department will transfer the B-class to the general master's course, but the enterprise and the economic department will no longer subsidize. Therefore, in addition to paying tuition and fees, Party B must also pay for the cooperative enterprise. The Ministry of Economic Affairs training grants can continue to be registered. If the special class is still being processed after the resumption of school, the cooperative enterprise will not be subsidized. Therefore, in addition to paying the tuition and fees base, Party B must also pay the subsidy for the cooperative enterprise and continue to register.

If Party B withdraws from school and fails to graduate on time or graduates after graduation, it shall be responsible for the loss of compensation for the cooperative enterprise.

If Party B needs to extend the expenses required during the period of study, it will not be included in the scope of subsidies for training grants.

6. Party B shall be awarded a master's degree in engineering after completing the course of study in accordance with the provisions of this special class and passing the dissertation examination.

7. Party B shall not refuse the employment requirements mentioned by the cooperative enterprise within three months after graduation. The treatment shall be the same as the initial qualification of the cooperative enterprise, and the service period shall be at least two years. If the cooperative enterprise provides another Party B bonus or For the research subsidy, the service period shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the cooperative enterprise.

8. Party B agrees to abide by the following provisions of the cooperative enterprise during the training period:

The planning of the course should be in line with the development vision of the partner company.

Do not be detrimental to the behavior of the cooperative corporate image.

9. If Party B has one of the following matters, Party A may terminate this training contract, and Party B shall not object to:

Those who violate the provisions of Party A to the standard of withdrawal.

Approved by a fixed-term imprisonment.

The relevant information submitted by Party B is inconsistent with the facts.

Arbitrary or self-requested.

Other major events have occurred and have been identified by Party A as being detrimental to the effectiveness of the training.

X. If Party B violates the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 or has the circumstances listed in Article 9, it shall be liable for the compensation of Party A and the cooperative enterprise. The calculation of the compensation amount is determined by Party A and the cooperative enterprise depending on the individual circumstances of Party B, but the maximum amount of compensation is _________ yuan.

XI. Regarding this contract or the dispute arising from this contract, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith and agree to use the _________ court as the court of first instance in case of litigation.

12. Party B shall have one _________ identity and one party with the guarantor agreed by Party A.

14. If necessary, Party B shall obtain the consent of Party A and the cooperative enterprise, extend the training period for at least one year, and complete the renewal procedure.
