1. After the joint negotiation of both Party A and Party B, the following entrusted management contract is signed.

2. Entrusted by Party B, Party A agrees to provide Party B with custody services.

3. During the period of this contract, Party A shall bear the following responsibilities:

5. Party A provides Party B with the procedures for dispatching, and gives Party B the legal status of tour guide service.

8. If Party A violates the rules, Party B has the right to terminate the contract. The management fee paid is refunded back to Party B according to the remaining months.

4. During the period of this contract, Party B shall bear the following responsibilities:

6. In the process of tour guide service, if there is a dispute due to Party B, Party A shall first handle it on behalf of Party B, and then investigate Party B's responsibility after the end of the team trip.

7. For matters not covered, Party A and Party B shall negotiate separately.
