Use the registered tour guide cooperation agreement

In order to strengthen the standardized management of social tour guides, and ensure that travel agencies can use the _________ company to register tour guides, they can get better services. Party A and Party B shall enter into this Agreement after consultation. The details are as follows:

1. Party B must sign this Agreement with Party A before using the social tour guide registered with Party A.

2. Party A shall recommend the registered tour guide to Party B free of charge, and provide relevant resumes and work status of the tour guides, and do a good job in various services.

3. When Party B uses the registered tour guide of Party A, Party B must sign a labor agreement with the tour guide. The agreement must include: the time of hiring, the responsibilities of both parties, the standard of treatment, the punishment for breach of contract, and the dissolution of the agreement. Be fair, reasonable and legal.

4. Party A's tour guide must hold a tour guide appointment order issued by Party A when performing the task of carrying a group for Party B. After the task is completed, Party B should fill in the tour guide group in the feedback column of the tour guide's quality tracking form. If Party B uses a tour guide without a tour guide, it shall be deemed to be in violation of the rules and will be punished for travel agencies and tour guides in accordance with relevant regulations. If the team quality complaints arising from the reasons of Party A's tour guide are determined by the relevant departments of the provincial and municipal tourism bureaus, Party A shall be responsible for claiming from the insurance company.

5. The tour guide has outstanding achievements or problems in his work. Party B shall promptly report to the tourism management department and Party A for filing, and Party A shall deposit the information into the tour guide file.

6. Party B shall temporarily apply for the registration of the tour guide of Party A, and shall submit an application to Party A three days in advance. Party A shall make every effort to make arrangements as appropriate. Party B shall review and approve the tour guide provided by Party A and sign a labor agreement with the tour guide before use.

7. Party A is obliged to urge travel agencies and tour guides to fulfill the terms of the agreement signed by both parties to protect the interests of both travel agencies and tour guides.

8. The unfinished matters shall be resolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B.

9. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B. The two parties will take effect after signing and will be valid for one year.
