Party A and Party B shall sign this contract in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality and consensus.

First contract term

2. One month before the expiration of the employment contract, the employment contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

Article 3 Working conditions and labor protection

1. Party A employs Party B to mainly engage in preschool education, nursing, and tutoring.

3. Party A may organize Party B to participate in the necessary business knowledge training according to the needs of the work.

Article 4: Salary

Article 5 Service Training Fees

1. Tracking service, training, teaching materials cost _________ yuan / year, the fee is deducted from Party B's probation period salary.

Article 6 Requirements for Employment

1. Party B shall provide a copy of the valid ID card, academic certificate, formal hospital experience certificate, and a guarantor.

2. Party B shall abide by the rules and regulations and labor disciplines prescribed by Party A, consciously obey Party A's management, education, and accept Party A's equal conditions for work deployment.

3. The salary of Party B's probation period of half a month is retained in Party A's deposit as a breach of contract, and will be returned to Party B after the expiration of the contract;

Article 7 If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party A may cancel the employment contract.

1. During the probation period, Party B is not qualified for the job, and still cannot be qualified for the job after training or adjusting the position;

2. The supporting information provided is not true or provides poor quality services to the employer and has a very bad effect;

3. Serious violation of work discipline, deliberate failure to complete work tasks, serious dereliction of duty, private employers deceiving Party A, and causing serious losses;

4. Being investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Article 8 In any of the following circumstances, Party B may notify Party A to terminate the employment contract.

1. During the trial period;

2. Party A's customer fails to pay the work remuneration or provide working conditions in accordance with the employment contract.

Article 9 Economic Compensation for Violation and Dismissal of Employment Contracts

1. During the period of performance of the employment contract, if Party B requests to terminate the employment contract, it shall, in accordance with the time limit stipulated in the dissatisfaction contract, compensate Party A for Party B’s liquidated damages for Party B’s deposit.

Article 10 Other matters

1. In the event of a personnel dispute arising from the implementation of the employment contract, both Party A and Party B shall, in accordance with the law, apply for arbitration first, and dissatisfied with the arbitral award, and may file a lawsuit in the People's Court.

2. This contract is made in two copies, one for each party, and one for each party. The guarantee is a copy of the contract.

3. If the terms of this contract are inconsistent with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
