According to the Ministry of Education's notification requirements for strengthening the accommodation management of college students, in order to maintain a good teaching, living, and management order in a spirit of high responsibility to students and their families, the school in principle requires all students to stay in school. However, if there is an objective reason or insistence on staying outside the school, the parents of the student must sign a written agreement with the school. In order to strengthen the management of students living off campus and ensure the personal safety of students, the following agreements are reached with the consent of both parties:

1. Students applying for accommodation abroad must apply to the college two weeks before the end of each school year to sign an agreement.

2. Students in off-campus residences should abide by the school's rules and regulations, attend classes on time and participate in school-organized activities. Students in off-campus residences have the same rights as students on campus.

3. Students who are staying abroad should fill out the “Application Form for Off-campus Residence of School Students”, handle the relevant procedures as stipulated in the form, and provide the school with a rental agreement signed with the landlord to report the study and life to the school regularly. If the rental location changes, it should be reported to the school in time.

4. Students living abroad should obey the management of their jurisdiction, enhance their self-defense awareness, and protect personal and property safety.

5. Any disputes, accidents, personal and property safety, etc. that occur outside the school for students who are staying outside the school are considered personal actions and the school is not responsible.

6. This Agreement is made in triplicate. The Student Office, the College where the student is located, and the parents hold one copy.

7. The conflict between the agreement and the national laws and local regulations shall prevail.
