After consultations between Party A and Party B, they agreed to sign the following accommodation contract:

1. According to Party B's accommodation application requirements, Party A decides to arrange for Party B to stay in the _________ University Student Dormitory _________ District _________ Building _________ Room _________ bed, and officially check in from _________ years _________ months _________ days.

2. Both Party A and Party B shall voluntarily perform the relevant obligations and rights stipulated in the Regulations on the Administration of University Student Dormitories, and strictly abide by the following provisions:

1. Party B must check in according to the bed arranged by Party A, and cannot change the bed and dormitory privately.

2. Party B shall pay various fees in a timely manner.

3. Party B shall protect public property. If man-made damage occurs, it shall be compensated according to the price. If it is intentionally damaged, it shall be compensated twice.

4. Party B's telephones shall be provided by themselves, and shall not privately pull telephone lines or network cables.

5. During the stay of Party B, it is necessary to consciously do a good job of security precautions, so that the keys to the bedroom do not borrow others, and do not arbitrarily configure the key to the bedroom; Consciously observe the dormitory blackout system.

6. Party B is strictly forbidden to use open flames in the building. It is strictly forbidden to use electric heaters, electric stoves, electric blankets, rice cookers, electric kettles, electric woks and other electric heaters. It is strictly forbidden to pull the wires and the wires are not allowed to go to bed.

7. All living matters and cleaning work in the bedroom shall be cleaned, cleaned and tidy and beautiful by the Party B according to the requirements of the dormitory's internal affairs regulations. The garbage shall be bagged and shall be brought down by the Party B and placed. Enter the prescribed place.

8. When the accommodation situation of the dormitory changes, Party A has the right to make adjustments to the dormitory, and Party B shall obey the arrangement of Party A.

3. This contract shall become effective as of the date of signing and shall have legal effect and shall be valid from _________ years _________ months to _________ months.

4. Party B withdraws from school for various reasons. If the accommodation period is less than three months during the school year, two-thirds of the accommodation fee will be refunded; for more than three months but within one semester, 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded; for more than one semester, No refund for accommodation. Students who are ordered to leave school and expel from school due to school discipline will not refund the accommodation fees already charged.

5. If Party B violates the "_________ University Student Dormitory Management Regulations" during the accommodation period, or seriously violates the school discipline regulations, Party A will impose penalties according to the Student Discipline Regulations, and compensate for public property such as damaged furniture.

6. In the process of implementing this contract, both Party A and Party B may submit a dispute that cannot be resolved by both parties, and may submit it to the Student Dormitory Management Committee of Suzhou University for consultation and settlement. If they are not satisfied with the negotiation solution of the Student Dormitory Management Committee of Suzhou University, they may apply to the local The Arbitration Commission shall arbitrate or sue in a local people's court.

7. At the expiration of this contract, if both parties have no objection, it will be automatically extended for one year.

8. This contract is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B.
