After equal consultation between the two parties, the following agreement has been reached on matters related to family financial advisory services:

1. Party A and Party B shall be responsible for providing private financial consulting services to Party A and their families in accordance with the principle of equality and mutual benefit.

2. Party A's rights and obligations

1. Party A has the right to request Party B to design and produce a family financial portfolio model that meets Party A's occupation, survival stage, assets and income status, and consumption background. According to the changes of Party A and the market, Party A will guide Party A to timely adjust investment and financial planning.

2. Party A has the right to request Party B to, according to the requirements of the Family Financial Planning Plan, specifically stipulate that Party B shall provide investment information that Party A has entered the market on a regular basis by e-mail, fax, telephone, newsletter, letter, etc.

3. Participate in the series of family investment and financial management lectures organized by Party B.

4. You can log in to the company's website http://www._________ to enjoy consulting and services related to family finance issues.

5. You can discuss family investment and financial management issues face-to-face with the company's senior financial advisors by making an appointment in advance.

6. Party A shall pay the membership fee on time. Party A's membership fee for joining the Family Finance Club for the first year is _________ yuan, and membership fees are charged once a year. From the second year of membership, the membership fee will be paid on a monthly basis of _________ yuan, and the membership fee will be charged once a year. The charging time is the corresponding day of the first annual payment.

8. Party A and Party B sign this Agreement, Party A shall become a member of Party B's Family Finance Club, and Party A shall be entitled to the rights stipulated in this contract.

Third, Party B's rights and obligations

1. Party B is obliged to make a preliminary draft of the family financial portfolio model that meets Party A's occupation, survival stage, assets and income status and consumption background within 10 working days after receiving Party A's complete family background information. Within 5 working days after Party A's feedback, Party B will send the revised draft to Party A again until Party A approves it.

2. Party B shall, according to Party A's agreement, provide Party A with investment information already involved in the market through email, website, telephone newsletter, fax, letter, etc.

3. Party A logs in to _________ network for family financial consultation, and Party B shall reply within _________ network within 2 working days.

4. Party B is obliged to provide Party A with the services of Article 2, paragraphs 3, 5 and 6 from time to time.

5. Party B is obliged to provide Party A with specific investment suggestions.

6. Party B is obliged to keep confidentiality for Party A.

7. Party B has the right to collect membership fees in accordance with the provisions of this contract. At the end of the year, if Party A no longer pays the dues, Party B will terminate its follow-up services.

4. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B. If the negotiation fails, either Party A or Party B may apply to the _________ arbitration institution for arbitration or file a lawsuit in the People's Court of Party B.

5. This Agreement shall be made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B. This contract is signed by Party A, and is sealed by Party B and signed by Party B. It has legal effect.
