Information product maintenance and repair agreement

Party A and Party B shall sign the following information product maintenance and repair agreement through friendly negotiation in accordance with the principle of mutual benefit.

One. The information products included in the agreement are as follows:

two. Party B shall provide Party A with information products free of charge for repair service. The corresponding terms of service are as follows:

1. During the term of the agreement, Party B shall only perform on-site maintenance for the products listed in this Agreement. If Party A needs to be replaced, Party A shall bear the cost of the parts, and Party A no longer has the ownership of the replaced parts.

2. If Party B believes that the product needs to be retrieved, Party B's technicians will go directly to Party A to pick up the machine.

3. During the term of the agreement, Party B will perform two free cleanings on the products listed in this Agreement.

4. In addition to Party B's holidays, weekly ___ to ______: ___ ___: ___ is the time for Party B to execute the agreement, and Party B is the second working day after receiving the call for repair by Party A. Standard reverberation time.

5. This Agreement does not cover software or network support services. Any repair service involving software or network support issues shall be charged in accordance with Party B's fee service standard.

6. Party B's on-site maintenance location is the location where Party A's information products are included in the agreement.

7. Party A shall be solely responsible for the security of its proprietary confidential information.

three. The entry into force of the agreement and the term of the agreement: This Agreement shall be signed by both parties, sealed and confirmed, and Party B shall enter into force after it has received the full amount of the agreement. The term of the agreement is one year from the effective date of this Agreement.

four. This Agreement is made in two copies and each party holds one copy and is equally authentic. Party B has the right to interpret this Agreement.

The parties have not resolved the matter through negotiation.
