Legal service contract

From the date of signing the contract, the fees necessary for the contractor to provide services to the client, such as transportation expenses, and travel expenses for handling cases in different places, shall be fully borne by the principal. The principal first pays a certain fee, and then settles according to the actual invoice.

V. Obligations of both parties: The principal shall not conceal the facts or use the services provided by the lawyers to engage in illegal activities and be responsible for the authenticity of the evidence provided.

The trustee shall provide legal services in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Lawyers Law and shall not disclose the business secrets of the client.

6. Contract validity: This contract shall become effective after being signed by both parties.
