2. The two parties reached an agreement as follows:

1. Tutors need to prepare lessons carefully and complete the teaching tasks with quality and quantity. Classes on time, not late to leave early, set a model for teaching and educating people.

2. Tutors should pay attention to teaching methods, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and handle the relationship with parents and students at the same time.

3. Parents and students may not ask tutors to do things that are not related to tutoring. Parents shall not owe wages to tutors for no reason, nor shall they unilaterally lift the agreement without cause.

4. Parents who need to withdraw if they have a valid reason and change their tutors must inform the Ministry of Family Education in advance. Coordinated by the Ministry of Family Education.

5. The Ministry of Family Education will conduct follow-up investigations on the work of tutors and coordinate the relationship between parents and tutors in a timely manner.

6. This Agreement is made in triplicate and each party holds one copy and the signature becomes effective.
