In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the State, in accordance with the principle of mutual benefit and common development, both parties and Party B have entered into this Agreement for mutual agreement.

1. Party B voluntarily temporarily deposits files and materials in Party A.

2. The archives and materials temporarily stored by Party B shall be _________ to _________; the number of files shall be _________ volumes, as detailed in the handover list.

3. The temporary storage period of Party B's files is _________ years, from _________ years _________ months _________ days to _________ years _________ months _________ days.

4. After Party B pays the temporary storage fee _________ yuan to Party A according to the standard, the two parties handle the handover procedures of the temporary file.

5. If Party B has to return the temporary file in advance due to special circumstances during the temporary storage period, Party A will not refund the temporary storage fee.

6. When the temporary storage period expires, Party B shall re-sign the agreement if it needs to extend the temporary storage period.

7. If the temporary file is damaged due to force majeure, Party A shall not be liable for compensation.

8. Party A’s obligations and rights.

1. Responsible for providing the site, technical equipment and management personnel for the temporary storage of files.

2. Responsible for the custody and protection of temporary files to ensure the security of files.

3. Responsible for the management, statistics, search and retrieval of temporary files.

4. Have the management right of the temporary file and have the right to check the identity of the user.

5. The file that is not taken away from the temporary storage period has the right to be disposed of.

IX. Party B's rights and obligations 1. The temporary file shall have the preservation value. After sorting and cataloging, Party A may also be entrusted with Party A to provide paid sorting and cataloging services.

2. The fee shall be paid to Party A according to the charging standard.

3. Check the use of the temporary file to present a valid certificate of the temporary depositor. The temporary use of the temporary file by the temporary depositor no longer charges the file utilization fee.

4. Ownership of the temporary file. If the temporary storage period expires, if the temporary storage is not continued, the temporarily stored files must be taken within 60 days after the expiration.

5. Having the right to use the right, and can make an opinion on the use of the part of the file that is not suitable for the society.

6. The right to claim compensation for problems such as insects, mildew, and loss caused by poor management of Party A.

X. If there are any outstanding issues in the implementation of this Agreement, the two sides shall resolve it through consultation.

XI. This Agreement is made in duplicate; Party A and Party B each hold one copy and have the same legal effect.
