In view of Party A's participation in the bidding of the _________ project, Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and agrees to provide Party B with a bid guarantee to _________ in a guaranteed manner. Party A and Party B have entered into this contract by consensus.

Article 1 Defining the bid security referred to in this contract means that Party B guarantees to the tenderee that when Party A fails to perform the bidder's obligations in accordance with the bidding documents, Party B shall assume the responsibility for guarantee.
