After friendly consultations, Party A and Party B reached this contract with the will of equality, mutual benefit and friendly cooperation, and solemnly declared that they should abide by them.

First, the definition
1.1 “Party A” means ________________________________.
1.2 “Party B” means _________________________________.
1.3 “Third Party” means any party other than Party A or Party B.
1.4 “Party A” product developed by the nail company, with independent copyrighted e-mail system and product related instructions, documents and materials.

Second, rights and obligations
2.1 Party A provides Party B with an enterprise mailbox hosting service based on Party B's Internet domain name ________________.
2.2 Party B promises not to transmit any illegal information without the mail system, and to abide by the agreement provisions of all mail services.
2.3 Party A promises to respect the privacy of users and not disclose the contents of users' emails.
2.4 Party A sets up a management mailbox for Party B, and Party B can manage all its mailboxes by itself.
2.5 Party A is responsible for the routine maintenance of the system to ensure the normal operation of the system.
2.6 Party A cannot disclose the user's name, email address, e-mail address, account number and telephone number. unless:
A. Party B specifically requests or agrees to disclose this information to third parties via email service. Party A maintains the personal interests of users on the basis of good faith.
B. According to the "Measures for the Administration of International Network Security Protection of Computer Information Network" promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security, users should use the Internet to register and record. According to the requirements of the national security agencies and public security departments of the People's Republic of China and according to the corresponding legal procedures, Party A will provide Party B's registration information.
2.7 If Party B's corporate mailbox publishes information that violates the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, Party A has the right to terminate the corporate mailbox service. Party A has the right to terminate Party B's use of Party A's fee-based e-mail service when Party B does not provide detailed information or the information is inaccurate.
2.8 In order to obtain the mailbox service provided by Party A, Party B agrees to pay the following fees: mailbox service fee ______ years _________ yuan RMB; other fees: _________ yuan RMB; total _________ yuan.
2.9 Party B shall send the contract amount to Party A within one day after the contract takes effect.

Third, the terms of service
3.1 Within the term of the contract, Party B shall provide a technical service mailbox _________, and after receiving the user information, give a reply within 2 hours. After _________, you can leave a message to _________ via voicemail.
3.2 The upgrade of the corresponding software in the system, Party B promises to give Party A a free upgrade offer. New software features are negotiable.

Fourth, the delay and fine
4.1 If Party B fails to deliver the payment to Party A at the time specified in the contract, Party B shall be responsible for the delay caused by the time. For each extension of one week, a penalty of 0.25% of the total contract price is paid, and the final liquidated damages shall not exceed 5% of the total contract price.
4.2 Due to the reason of Party A, the system is postponed. For each extension of one week, the penalty of 0.25% of the total contract price will be paid. The final liquidated damages will not exceed 5% of the total contract price.
4.3 Due to human irresistible factors, such as fires, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes and other natural disasters, as well as the reasons for mutual recognition by both parties, affecting the implementation of this contract, the above-mentioned breach of contract liability shall not be borne, and the contract performance time may be based on the time affected by the accident. Prolonged accordingly, and both parties will negotiate remedial measures.

V. Arbitration
5.1 Where disputes related to the contract occur, Party A and Party B shall settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration for settlement.
5.2 Arbitration shall be handled by the statutory arbitration institution of the State in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

6. The confidentiality of Party A and Party B shall be confidential to the contents of this contract and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

7. The entry into force of the contract and other
7.1 This contract will take effect immediately upon signature and stamping. The original form of the contract is _________, and both parties are _________.
7.2 If this contract fails to take effect for any reason, all files related to this contract will be null and void.
7.3 Matters not covered in this contract shall be negotiated separately by Party A and Party B.
