1. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns a lawyer to be the agent for the settlement, first instance, second instance and execution of the case. Party A agrees that Party B shall replace the contractor when the contractor fails to complete the agency due to any reason.

2. Party B must be loyal to Party A's entrustment, earnestly perform its agency obligations, and conscientiously and responsibly safeguard Party A's lawful rights and interests, follow the principle of facts and use the law as the criterion, and attend courts or participate in relevant legal affairs on time.

3. Party A shall appoint a representative to perform the cooperation and assistance obligations on behalf of the case, and shall be responsible for maintaining contact with Party B. 5. The litigation costs such as case acceptance fees, preservation fees, appraisal fees, and protest fees payable by Party A shall be borne by Party A.

6. Party A and Party B agree that the attorney's fees paid by the defendant in this case shall be vested in Party B. In addition to receiving the attorney's fees paid by the defendant, Party B shall pay Party B a legal fee in accordance with the actual amount of all compensation received. If it is less than ¥ yuan, Party B shall pay Party B a fee according to the ¥ yuan standard.

7. Party A shall pay Party B the full amount of legal fees in cash on the day when the compensation is actually received. Otherwise, Party A shall pay Party B the penalty fee payable, and Party B shall pay Party B the liquidated damages and the amount of liquidated damages. % of the amount of legal fees payable.

8. After the contract comes into effect, if Party A settles the case on its own or terminates the contract unilaterally, Party A shall still pay Party B the lawyer's fee in accordance with the contract. 9. This contract is not subject to agreement or by mutual agreement, and neither party may change or cancel it without authorization. Any changes to this contract must be confirmed by both parties in writing, otherwise it will be invalid.

10. If Party A and Party B have disputes during the performance of this contract, they shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, they shall be brought to the People's Court of the locality where Party B is located.

XI. This contract is made in triplicate. Each of Party A and Party B and the contractor shall hold one copy and have the same legal effect. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature or seal by both parties.
