According to relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on the basis of equal, voluntary and consensus on Party B's subscription of Party A's commercial housing:

First, the basic situation of the subscription target

1.1 The commercial housing purchased by Party B is the first floor unit in the urban project developed by Party A.

1.2 The commercial building has a floor area of ​​square meters and the attic area is square meters. The above areas are subject to the final survey area of ​​the Survey and Mapping Center of the Real Estate Bureau.

Second, the price of the subscription target

2.1 The commercial house is valued according to the construction area, the unit price is RMB yuan/square meter, and the house price is RMB yuan. The attic is priced according to the set, and the single set is renminbi.

2.2 The total price of the house is the sum of the amounts listed in 2.1, totaling RMB.

Third, the subscription

3.1 Party B shall pay Party A a subscription fee of RMB in one lump sum on the date of signing this subscription. If Party B fails to pay the subscription amount within the time limit, the subscription form shall be cancelled by itself, and Party A shall have the right to sell the commodity house to a third party without further notice.

3.2 Party A shall notify Party B after obtaining the pre-sale permit. Party B shall, at the date of receipt of the signing notice of Party A, go to the sales site to negotiate with Party A the relevant terms of the commercial house contract, and agree to sign the Commercial Housing Contract. .

3.3 If Party B fails to negotiate with Party A on the relevant terms of the commercial house sale and purchase contract within the time limit stipulated in Article 3.2, the subscription form shall be cancelled by itself, without further notice, the subscription money paid by Party B shall not be returned, and Party A shall have the right to separate the commodity house. Sold out to a third person.

3.4 Party A and Party B shall negotiate the relevant provisions of the commercial house sale and purchase contract within the time limit stipulated in Article 3.2, but the parties have not reached an agreement. If the time limit expires from the day after the expiration of the time limit stipulated in Article 3.2, the subscription book shall be released by itself without additional Notice. Party A shall return the subscription money received to Party B in the interest-free date within the day after the termination of this subscription.

3.5 If Party A and Party B sign the "Commodity House Sale and Purchase Contract" by consensus, the subscription money paid by Party B shall be used as the purchase price of the commercial house and shall not be returned to Party B.

Fourth, other agreements

4.1 When signing the formal "Commodity House Sale and Purchase Contract", the change of the subscriber must be approved by Party A. .

4.2 The contact address and contact number provided by Party B in this subscription are the basis for Party A to notify Party B. Party B guarantees that the information provided by it is accurate. If Party A cannot contact Party B according to the information provided by Party B, Party B shall bear the adverse consequences.

V. Supplementary provisions

5.1 In the event that the subscription is not completed, a supplementary agreement may be signed by both parties A and B. The supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as this subscription.

5.2 This subscription form shall become effective after being signed or sealed by both Party A and Party B. The subscription form shall be terminated by itself after the "Commodity House Sale and Purchase Agreement" signed by both parties comes into effect. This subscription is in duplicate, and each of Party A and Party B has the same legal effect;
