Agreement on Dissolution of Dispute over Intermediary Services for Study Abroad

Party A: Xuzhou********* Co., Ltd.

Party B: Liu ***, ID number: 3203*********946.

Authorized agent: Cao ***, ID number: 32030*********2249.

On the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, Party A and Party B reached the following agreements on matters related to Party B's overseas study intermediary service disputes, in order to comply with:

Article 1 Party A shall pay Party B a total of RMB 3,350 in one lump sum. This fee includes a notary fee of RMB 1,900 and an IELTS registration fee of RMB 1,450.

Article 2 Party A agrees to pay Party B a sum of money as stipulated in Article 1 of this Agreement within three working days from the next day after the entry into force of this Agreement, and Party B issues a receipt to Party A.

Article 3 The agent of Party B, Cao, is the mother of Party B, who is committed to having the full authority to deal with the matters stipulated in this Agreement.

Article 4 After Party A has paid the full amount in accordance with this Agreement, all disputes between Party A and Party B concerning matters related to Party B's self-funded study abroad service will be terminated, and there will be no other disputes between the two parties. Party B shall not claim rights to Party A for any reason or in any way, otherwise Party B shall unconditionally return all the money paid by Party A. Party B shall not use this Agreement as the basis for its claim.

The opinions on the facts of the case involved in the compromise between Party A and Party B for the purpose of reaching a settlement shall not be used as evidence against Party A in subsequent proceedings.

Article 5 This Agreement shall be made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall enter into force on the date of signature or seal of the authorized representatives of both parties.
