First, the preface

Party A is a professional aviation training enterprise with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, and has the qualification for civil aircraft commercial pilot license training.

Party B intends to participate in the training organized by Party A due to career planning and personal wishes.

To this end, both parties have signed this contract on the basis of equal consensus to explain and standardize the relevant matters of the training that Party A intends to provide to Party B.

2. Party B's rights and obligations

Approved to participate in flight training provided by Party A:

1. The standard of flight training is: based on the syllabus approved by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the training course and training plan are set up, and the training service is provided by Party B.

2. The basic content of flight training is: aviation professional English training; private driver license course; instrument level course; commercial driver license multiple level course; 20 hours advanced flight training; atpl license theory test special training.

Exemption from training fees:

1. After signing this contract, if Party B has passed the interview of the domestic airlines organized by Party A, political review, and signed a formal labor contract with the latter, Party B will be granted the opportunity of free training and obtain professional flight from the airline. Job opportunities.

2. In this process, Party A will give Party B sufficient organization and assistance so that Party B can pass the airline's interview, political review and signing with the airline labor contract.

3. The exempted training fee covers the cost of the specific training content, as well as the following other expenses: teaching textbook, information: the textbook and materials required by Party B during the training period of Party A. Uniform: Party A will provide Party B with 3 sets of uniforms at the expense of Party A. Insurance: Party A will provide personal accident insurance for Party B during the training period of Party A. The maximum insured amount is RMB 200,000. The beneficiary of the insurance is determined by Party B and the expenses are borne by Party A.

After Party B passes the airline interview, political review, and sign the labor contract with the airline, Party B's personnel relationship, the file will be transferred to the corresponding airline.

Party B shall enjoy free accommodation and food provided by Party A during the training period.

Third, Party A's rights and obligations

Party B's "flight phase": Party A will judge whether it is suitable for flight after Party B begins the first 30 hours of formal flight training. If it is determined that it is not suitable for flight, its training qualification will be cancelled. The training expenses incurred by the students who have been disqualified from the training will be borne by Party A and assist Party B to transfer to other ground work.

Teaching Counseling: Party A will provide valuable teaching guidance to Party B. If Party A is convinced that it is difficult or impossible to complete the flight training content, Party B will be notified in time.

Student training progress report: Party A will keep files, flight experience records and various licenses for Party B.

Delay in training: Party A will not be liable for delays in training due to any non-human control situation. If the training plan changes due to this, Party A shall promptly notify Party B.

Party B rests two days a week. However, due to bad weather and other force majeure, Party A will reserve the right to six days of class a week to ensure the progress of teaching.

Party A will provide Party B to participate in the venues and equipment required for the CAAC to organize various examinations.

Party B's students must abide by Party A's “personal code of conduct for trainees”.

In the course of flight training, Party A shall not be liable for any criminal or financial compensation for the damage caused by Party B due to the intentional intention of Party A.

During the flight training process, Party B does not bear any criminal and financial compensation for the damage caused by Party B's intention.

Fourth, liability for breach of contract

If Party B fails to participate in the training as scheduled by Party A as scheduled, or if the training is interrupted without any justifiable reasons accepted by Party A during the training process, Party A shall pay Party A a _________ round-out liquidated damages.

If Party A signs or seals this contract, Party B shall pass Party A's test and obtain the class I physical certificate issued by CAAC. If Party A cannot provide corresponding training to Party B within one calendar year, Party B has the right to Party A collects liquidated damages _________ yuan.

V. Dispute resolution

The parties shall resolve the dispute arising from the performance of this contract or in connection with this contract.

If the parties cannot reach a contract through negotiation, they shall submit to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules currently in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

Six, other instructions

Conditions for the entry into force of this contract:

1. Both Party A and Party B sign or seal;

2. Party B interviews with Party A and the airline;

3. Party B obtains the i-class physical certificate issued by the competent civil aviation authority;

4. Party B passes the airline political review.
