In order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the parties to the contract, in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, the principal and the trustee shall, at the principle of voluntariness, equality and consensus, provide the trustee with the commission of the client to provide self-funded study abroad. For intermediary services, the following agreement was reached:

I. Service items and expenses

Article 2 The trustee shall provide the client with intermediary services such as consulting for the study abroad and applying for admission to the country.

Article 3 The principal pays the service fee for the study abroad intermediary to the trustee in the total amount of RMB ________________. The above intermediary service fee does not include passport fees, notary fees, embassy and consulate file certification fees, visa fees and airfare fees.

Among them, RMB _______ yuan is the application service fee for admission to the school, and this payment shall be paid immediately after the parties sign this contract;

Second, the trustee's obligations

Article 4 provides information

1. The trustee promises to provide the client with information on studying abroad, publicity materials, advertisements, etc., and the content is true.

2. The trustee shall introduce to the client the basic conditions of the education system, study abroad policy, study visa policy and the nature of the application for study abroad, qualifications for running a school, entry requirements, and application procedures for admission.

3. The trustee should introduce the client to the level of study _________ and the details of the major.

4. The trustee shall inform the client to apply for the fees, fees and fees for the study abroad institution.

Article 5 Application for admission

1. The trustee assists and directs the client to prepare the relevant materials for the application for admission.

2. The trustee will apply for admission to the client on behalf of the client.

3. The trustee shall guide or handle the procedures for paying the registration fee, tuition and fees, etc. for the client.

4. The trustee shall obtain the applicant's application for admission to the institution of study in the _________ year _________ months before the _________ year _________ month. If the maturity cannot be completed, the trustee shall return the intermediary service fee of RMB _________ yuan to the client before _________ years _________ months.

5. The trustee shall promptly report to the client the progress and results of the application for admission.

Article 6 Visa application

1. The trustee instructs the client to prepare for the visa application and assists the client in obtaining the visa or entry approval file.

2. The trustee shall, after receiving the visa application materials prepared by the client at the request of the client to the Chinese Embassy in China, submit the visa application materials to the client's embassy in China within ____ working days. If the embassy has special requirements for the submission of visa application materials and time for delivery, it shall be handled according to its requirements; if an interview is required, the trustee may assist in arranging the appointment time.

Article 7 Other

1. If the trustee handles the application for admission, visa service, etc., the fees charged shall be indicated in the third intermediary service fee of this contract.

2. If the trustee collects the intermediary service fee of the principal, the trustee shall open a valid invoice or a receipt with the financial special seal of the enterprise, and replace the receipt with a valid invoice before the termination of this contract.

3. Other expenses than the intermediary service fee charged by the trustee shall be the valid receipt of the principal or the receipt of the financial special seal of the enterprise, and the receipt shall be replaced by a valid invoice before the termination of this contract.

4. If the trustee pays the registration fee, tuition and fees, etc. to the foreign institution on behalf of the client, the trustee shall provide the client with the certificate file of the toll party in compliance with the law.

The refund policy for the above fees charged by the trustee shall be subject to the written attachment of the contract or the written notice of the foreign institution and overseas partner institution applied by the client.

5. The trustee is obliged to keep all the materials provided by the client. Except for the purpose of the client's application for admission and visa application, it shall not be disclosed to an unrelated third party.

6. If the client applies to more than one institution at the same time, and the applicant receives the admission notice from any of the institutions, it is deemed that the trustee has fulfilled the obligation to apply for admission to the client.

Third, the client's obligations

Article 8 The client shall meet the conditions for Chinese citizens to study abroad at their own expense and abide by the state's regulations on citizens studying abroad at their own expense.

Article 9 The contents of all files, materials and statements submitted by the principal to the trustee shall be legal, true and valid.

Article 10 The trustor shall, from the date of signing this contract, within the day, at the request of the trustee, submit all the materials required for the application for admission to the trustee, and shall pay any sums on time according to the agreement of this contract.

Article 11 In the process of applying for study abroad, if the study abroad policy, visa policy or the admission requirements for applying for study abroad are changed, the client shall provide supplementary materials in time according to the new requirements.

Article 12 In the process of applying for study abroad, if the client goes to the Chinese Embassy in China to request the client to conduct an interview, the client shall attend the interview as required.

Fourth, liability for breach of contract

Article 13 The trustee and the principal shall perform all the terms of the contract, and the defaulting party shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.

Article 14 If the trustee violates the terms of the contract and the contract cannot be fulfilled, the trustee shall return the intermediary service fee of RMB_________ yuan to the client, and in _________ years _________ months, be responsible for recovering the client to apply for the university Tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, etc.

Article 15 The trustee shall provide the client with false archival materials in order to achieve the purpose of this contract. In addition to the full refund of the intermediary service fee, the trustee shall pay the ______% of the intermediary service fee as the liquidated damages to the client.

Article 16 If the trustee fails to apply for the admission notice of the proposed institution of study abroad for the client within the agreed time, the client shall have the right to terminate the contract, but the trustee shall be notified in a timely manner. The trustee shall be in accordance with the fourteenth of this contract. The treaty provides for liability for breach of contract. If the client requests to continue to perform, the trustee shall be responsible for applying for the admission notice of the institution to be enrolled in the ____________ years before _________, and paying the client a delay of RMB _________.

Article 17 The principal provides the trustee with false archival materials for the purpose of achieving this contract, so that the contract cannot be performed, and the trustee does not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.

Article 18 Due to the illegal acts of the principal, the contract cannot be performed, and the trustee will not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.

If the principal refuses to pay or fails to pay any sums agreed in this contract within the time limit stipulated in this contract, the trustee shall not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the principal.

If the client fails to submit the information required for the application for study abroad due to personal reasons or fails to complete the passport or fails to pass the relevant medical examination, the application for the study cannot be continued or refused; the trustee shall not return the payment to the client. If the client is refused a visa to go to the national or regional embassy to check the illegal immigration criminal record, the trustee will not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.

If the client fails to provide the required files and procedures according to the visa requirements of the embassy of the country or region, and the written request for the visa is refused, the intermediary service fee paid by the trustee's client.

Article 19 The client requests to terminate the contract for his own reasons and shall deal with it as follows:

1. The client has provided the trustee with the application materials for admission, the trustee has not sent the material to the outside party, the client requested the termination of the contract, and the trustee deducted the intermediary service fee of RMB _________.

2. The trustee has sent the client's application for enrollment to the foreign party. The client has not yet obtained the admission notice from the institution of study. The client requested the termination of the contract. The trustee knows that the intermediary service fee is RMB _________ yuan and assists. The client recovers the tuition fees and miscellaneous fees paid by the client to the applicants for studying abroad.

4. The trustee has not submitted the client visa application materials to the letter of study of the country to be studied in China. The client requested to cancel the contract. 5. The trustee has submitted the client to the embassy of the country to be studied in China to apply for visa materials. The client requested to cancel the contract. 6. After the trustee has obtained the visa pre-assessment or official visa to the country, if the client requests to cancel the contract, the trustee will not refund the intermediary service fee paid by the client.

V. Force majeure clause

Article 20 If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure, part or all of the liability shall be exempted according to the influence of force majeure, except as otherwise provided by law. If the party is force majeure after the delay in performance, the liability cannot be waived.

The term "force majeure" as used in this contract refers to objective conditions that cannot be foreseen, cannot be avoided, and cannot be overcome, such as major natural disasters, plagues, wars, and riots.

Article 21 If one party fails to perform the contract due to force majeure, it shall immediately notify the other party, indicating the date of occurrence of the force majeure, the nature of the event, the expected duration and the impact on the party's performance of this contract, and shall be from the date of force majeure. Provide proof within two days.

Article 22 The two sides shall promptly negotiate solutions and remedial measures for the impact of force majeure. If one party cannot perform the contract due to force majeure, it shall try its best to take reasonable measures to mitigate the losses that may be caused to the other party. Otherwise, it shall be liable for the loss arising from the expansion.

6. Applicable laws and dispute resolution methods

Article 23 The implementation, interpretation and dispute resolution of this contract shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China.

Article 24 If a dispute arises between the two parties in the performance of this contract, it shall be settled by mutual agreement. If the negotiation fails, agree to solve the problem according to the following _________.

7. Supplement, change, and modification of the contract

VIII. Entry into force and termination clause

Article 28 The original of this contract is in duplicate and has the same effect. The principal and the trustee each hold one copy.

Article 29 After the parties have fulfilled the rights and obligations of this contract, the contract is terminated.
