Training and placement agreement

Party A:

Party B:

Both Party A and Party B have plans and organized the training and placement of Party B students and clarify the responsibilities and rights of both parties. The following terms are reached and the two parties abide by the implementation.

1. Party A's responsibilities and obligations:

1. Party A is responsible for providing information on the employment of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region applicable to Party B.

2. Party A is responsible for the management of the nuclear utility company, recruitment requirements, job responsibilities, benefits and other related matters, and provides necessary pre-employment intensive training for students to improve the employment success rate of students.

3. Party A shall place Party B students according to the “Training and Resettlement Workflow”.

4. Party A shall implement a three-month resettlement service and a follow-up service for one year for the students who are resettled.

5. Party A guarantees the minimum monthly income of Party B students.

2. Party B's responsibilities and obligations:

1. Party B shall truthfully explain to the students the employment conditions and requirements of the enterprise. The students must meet the standards of enterprise employment, and must be healthy, well-rounded, neat and tidy, behave normally, have no bad habits, obey the law, and obey the arrangement.

2. Party B shall actively cooperate with Party A to carry out training and resettlement work. According to Party A's requirements, quality, quantity and time will be organized to organize students to go south, provide students with a roster, adjust students' employment mentality, and consciously abide by Party A's various rules and regulations.

3. Party B's students are required to prepare relevant documents, including: academic certificate, ID card, plan for birth certificate, migrant work permit, etc., and five photos of one inch. If necessary, Party B also needs to apply for a border pass to Shenzhen and Zhuhai.

4. Students in Party B must prepare for the necessary expenses for transportation, accommodation and living.

5. Party B shall pay the student training and resettlement expenses in a timely manner.

6. If Party A's resettlement service enterprise, Party B shall not conduct business transactions alone, and may not use Party A's name to conduct business activities in private, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

Third, the charging standard:

1. Training and resettlement management fee: Each student receives one month's income as the training and placement management fee.

2, special enterprises, special positions, special circumstances, the charging standards of the two sides to discuss separately.

3. Transportation fee: charged according to the actual amount incurred.

4. Payment method: When Party B organizes students to arrive at Party A, they must pay Party A the training placement fee and the yuan/person accommodation fee to Party A. The total resettlement fee is based on the actual number of resettlement work. Party settlement.

4. A supplementary agreement may be signed separately for matters not covered by this Agreement.

V. Liability for breach of contract:

1. In case of unilateral breach of contract, the defaulting party shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities and economic losses.

2. Except for irresistible factors, the parties shall not suspend the agreement without cause.

VI. Term of validity of the agreement: The term of this agreement: from the date of the year to the day of the year.

7. This Agreement shall be made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B, and the two parties shall enter into force after being signed and sealed.
