Insurance intermediation contract

Mr. __________ Mr./Ms. is hereby agreeing to the opportunity for Party B to conclude an insurance contract for Party A. The two parties have entered into an intermediary contract based on the principle of good faith:
Article 1 The parties to the agreement shall establish an intermediation relationship in accordance with the contract, and shall not apply the relevant agreements or regulations of other labor relations. Party B agrees to provide Party A with the opportunity to seek and sign the opposite party with which the insurance contract can be signed.
Article 2 The intermediary remuneration insurance contract shall become effective due to the intermediation of Party B, and after the contract cancellation period is determined to take effect, Party B shall receive remuneration according to Party A's relevant remuneration standard.
Article 3 During the contract period, this contract shall take effect from the date on which Party A completes the relevant procedures and the effective date of the approval. Party B shall agree without objection to the effective date approved by Party A. This contract is a period of __________ month. If Party B has no objection within one month after the expiration of each period, it will be deemed to be renewed.
Article 4 Rights and Obligations The parties agree to abide by the provisions of this contract. If Party B violates the provisions of this contract and other relevant measures, or acts outside the scope of this contract, damages and the rights of Party A or third parties shall be negative. Liability for damages.
Article 5 Consensus Jurisdiction Party A and Party B agree that if a lawsuit occurs due to this contract, the court of __________ shall be the court of first instance.
Article 6 Other Agreements The terms of this contract and other relevant measures prescribed by Party A are part of this intervening contract.
Matters not covered in this contract are handled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China.
