Party A entrusts Party B to hire talents and enter into this contract on relevant matters. The purpose is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, and to abide by the following provisions:

1. Party A's rights and obligations

1. Party A agrees to entrust Party B to hire ___________ positions ___ people, and pay the official monthly salary of the position for two months as the talent hunting service fee.

2. Party A must provide a copy of the business license, company profile and fill out the “Recruitment Power of Attorney”. The content filled in is the subsidiary file of this contract, which has the same legal effect as this contract.

3. After signing the hunting contract, Party A shall pay 30% of the total amount of the service fee for the talents of Party B as the search fee.

4. If Party B fails to hunt a candidate who meets the conditions listed in Party A's “Recruitment Power of Attorney” within 20 working days after the contract takes effect, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B must return all the The search for gold, or the agreement of both parties may also extend the search time appropriately; if Party A has interviewed the formal candidate provided by Party B that meets the conditions listed in the “Recruitment Power of Attorney”, Party B will not refund the search fee.

5. If Party A is not satisfied with the talents recommended by Party B during the interview, Party B may request Party B to re-recommend the talent interview until the contract expires.

6. In order to ensure the smooth progress of Party B's work, Party A cannot individually meet the candidates. The interview shall be arranged by Party B. If there are special circumstances, Party B must also be notified.

7. After Party A selects talents through interviews, the remaining 70% of the talents must pay the service fee within one week.

8. Party B shall complete the hunting and hiring task within 20 working days from the date of signing the contract. If Party A selects talents within three months of being dissatisfied with talents, or leaves the company due to reasons of choice, Party A has the right to request Party B to recommend candidates again. Party B shall complete the work within 20 working days. If Party A is not satisfied, Party B will no longer offer free talents, and the contract will end itself.

9. During the validity period of the contract, if Party A terminates the contract due to Party A, Party A shall pay Party B a certain amount of economic compensation.

10. Party A shall not hire candidates who have been recommended by Party B and have not been employed by Party A within half a year. Otherwise, the recruitment fee for the talents shall be collected according to the position.

2. Party B's rights and obligations

1. Within five working days after the two parties sign the hunting contract, Party B shall write a job report based on the recruitment information provided by Party A.

2. Party B finds candidates close to the standard through various channels.

3. Party B conducts initial interviews and selection and evaluation tests for the candidates who have been selected, determines the candidates for preliminary preparation, conducts retesting and evaluation of the candidates, and selects three official candidates who meet the conditions listed by Party A. The relevant information of the official candidate will be provided to Party A.

4. Arrange the time and place for the interview between Party A and the official candidate. If Party A requests the official candidate to go to the location of the enterprise for interview, Party A will be responsible for the related expenses such as travel and accommodation.

5. After the official candidate is hired and officially goes to work, Party B shall follow up in detail and provide it to Party A's “Service Feedback Form”, which shall be filled out by Party A and the return receipt shall be returned to Party B.

6. Party B shall be completely confidential to the enterprise information provided by Party A and shall not disclose it.

7. Coordinate the relationship between Party A and the proposed talents, and finally complete the hunting contract.
