Funeral etiquette service contract

_________ provides the services of funeral ceremonies listed in the attached file and the items required for funeral;
__________ To entrust Party A to provide funeral etiquette services and to purchase the accompanying goods from Party A, both parties sign this contract to comply with:
Article 1 The subject matter of the contract is the scope of the contract specified by Party B in the attached file.
2. Party B may increase or decrease the items designated by the Party for its purposes, and Party A shall not refuse. Party A shall actively cooperate with Party B in fulfilling the funeral service specified by Party B and complete the funeral etiquette service for Party B according to its professionalism.
3. If it is not possible to deal with the cremation or burial method selected by Party B due to a court order or a decree, Party B may change it.
Article 2 Consideration of the Contract The parties agree to the price of the services or commodities of this contract. If they increase or decrease, they shall be calculated at the price specified in the price list listed in the subsidiary file. If the price is negotiated separately, Party A shall not arbitrarily carry it out, nor may it order any additional fees.
Article 3 Guarantee of Service Quality Party A shall guarantee that the person performing the work of this contract shall have professional skills, ethics and professionalism. Products that impede good spirits must not be provided.
Article 4 Termination or Cancellation of the Contract 1. Party B may terminate or terminate all or part of this contract at any time, but shall pay Party A the remuneration for the completed service or the necessary and reasonable transportation expenses incurred.
2. If Party A fails to provide labor services at the time of termination, Party A shall not claim remuneration. However, if the flowers, time or other perishable goods required for the labor service have been purchased and placed in the Lingtang or Party B premises, Party B shall pay the price according to the price list of the attached file.
3. The fees of the first two items shall not exceed the total price agreed in this contract.

Article 5 Party B's Assistance Matters Party B shall assist Party A in fulfilling the body's pick-up service when Party A is in Party B. If Party A is unable to perform the service of the body due to non-blame to Party A, Party B shall carry out. If the party is not liable to Party B, Party B may terminate or terminate the contract, but shall pay Party A the transportation and personnel expenses incurred due to the removal of the body. The traffic and personnel expenses shall not exceed the agreed price.
Article 6 After the contract or the program has signed the contract, the specific schedule or program of the ceremony shall be jointly formulated to facilitate Party A's performance of this contract. Party B shall not change without undue decision. If it is subject to change and its change is subject to additional costs, Party B shall, at its own expense, Party A shall not request any other fees.
Article 7 Handling of Doubt If there are doubts in the terms of this contract, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of Item 2 of Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law, which is beneficial to Party B's interpretation.
Article 8 Arbitration or Consensus Jurisdiction 1. Any dispute concerning this contract or arising from this contract, if the parties agree to settle the dispute before the dispute, may be arbitrated by __________. The two parties shall select one arbitrator and then the two arbitrators to elect another arbitrator. If they cannot jointly push, the two parties may apply to the court for their choice.
2. If the parties have not settled the dispute in the previous way, the litigation arising from this contract is intended to be the court of first instance in the local court where the party is located.
Article 9 Handling of Unfinished Matters If there are unfinished matters in this contract, it shall be resolved fairly in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, customary and equal reciprocity and good faith principles.
