1. Party A’s responsibilities and rights

2. Party A is responsible for technical training and technical consultation for Party B personnel.
3. Party A is responsible for product after-sales service.
2. Party B's Responsibilities and Rights During the trial period, Party B shall be responsible for operating in accordance with the prescribed methods to avoid damage to the trial equipment and other equipment caused by improper use.
Party B guarantees that it will not infringe the copyright of Party A's patents, trademarks, proprietary technologies and product-related materials on its products.
Third, the cooperation mode between Party A and Party B
1. Before signing the formal trial agreement, Party A and Party B shall show each other the necessary legal documents such as their industrial and commercial business licenses. After signing the specific purchase agreement, Party A and Party B shall be responsible for providing the environment required for the installation of the high-efficiency power-saving system, and shall cooperate with the technicians of Party A to install and debug.
2. Party A shall provide Party B with a trial equipment as the trial selected by Party B. The maximum current of the loop shall not exceed _________a. During the implementation of the agreement, Party B shall not lodge any undue reason to refuse or postpone the repayment. If the payment is overdue, Party B shall charge the late payment fee of Party B at 5 baht per day.
4. Party A shall guarantee the high-efficiency power-saving system product for two years, but if the product fails due to improper use of human beings, Party B shall bear the corresponding maintenance costs.
5. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be resolved or amended by mutual agreement. In case of dispute or dispute, it may be submitted to the _________ Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
