In order to facilitate the management and recovery of the _____________ loan issued by the Head Office, the management of the _________ factory loan will be issued on the _________ year _______ month _______ day after consultation between Party A and Party B.
1. Party B shall provide Party A with a written report on the adjustment specifications and loan amount including the economic nature, production and operation, asset and liability structure, economic benefits, credit status and borrowing purposes of the enterprise in the area under its jurisdiction. .
2. Party A entrusts Party B to directly manage it after the loan is made. Management content includes: the actual use of the loan, the economic benefits of the enterprise, and the security of the loan. Party B shall report the above-mentioned situation of the enterprise to the Ministry of Finance of the Ministry of Finance in writing. In case of major problems, report to Party A immediately.
3. Party B shall assist Party A to collect the principal and interest of the loan on time. After the loan is settled on schedule, Party B shall draw the head office by wire transfer within three days. The principal will be recovered in the same way. Party A shall pay Party B the management fee according to 1% of the total interest income.
4. During the period of using the loan, the enterprise will overdue, crowd-occupy, misappropriate the loan, etc. Party A authorizes Party B to impose credit sanctions on it and hand over 70% of the interest rate increase to the head office.
5. Before the loan expires, Party B urges the enterprise to do a good job of returning the principal and interest of the loan. In case of an enterprise's objective reasons for the extension period, Party B shall forward the written report to Party A 5 days before the loan expires.
This Agreement shall become effective upon signature by both parties. The original is in duplicate and Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy.
